2 working principle
One of the necessary working conditions of the calendering process: the friction angle ρ of the rubber and the roller must be greater than the contact angle α before the rubber is pulled into the roll distance. In the rolling process of the four-roller calender, the rollers work at a certain speed ratio, so that the rubber is further kneaded and the plasticity is increased. After passing through the small roll distance, it is rolled into a film with a certain thickness and width ; Under the action of the pressure of the roller, the film is squeezed on the textile or steel cord. Some need to be pressed into a certain pattern and shape, and some need to combine multiple layers of films with different uses, colors and shapes.
3 basic structure
1. Ordinary calender: The common four-roller calender widely used in China is Φ610 × 1730 "type four-roller calender.
2. Precision calender: In addition to the main parts of the ordinary calender, a series of measures to improve the accuracy of the calender, the speed of the calender and easy operation are also adopted. The main types are: oblique type, S type (Φ700 × 1800), Z type.
