Make the robot softer and lighter
A series of innovative measures from the Xinsong technical team make the robot more flexible and stable. So how to make this robot with a 3.5-meter arm light and gentle? The Xinsong technical team urged rigidity to develop a special material for the SCARA manipulator, using flexible material carbon fiber (CFRP), and PAD (suction cup) using PEEK material, which makes the manipulator not only resistant to high temperature, friction, softness and resistance during operation. Corrosion makes the robot not only move "light", but also sound "lighter".
