1. Ammeter: Display the current of one phase.
2. Power indicator: Shows the power-on status of the device. The air switch is always on after the air switch is turned on.
3.Emergency stop: Press the quick cut off control power in emergency situation, rotate to bounce to release the emergency stop.
4. Temperature control: Control and display the temperature and control in the tunnel furnace.
5. Digital display control panel: adjust the speed of the conveyor. Conveyor switch: choose whether to turn on the conveyor
6. Heating start: after pressing, the indicator light is on, the infrared lamp is on, the light control switch can be started at the same time as the operation fan, the temperature controller is on.

Commissioning steps
1. Three-phase five-wire system (three-phase 380V) connected to the power, the hot wire is connected to the main switch, the neutral line is connected to the neutral line, and the ground line is connected to the ground line. After turning on the power, check whether the transmission line is blocked. Press

Start switch, check the motor running direction, if there is no operation, the phase sequence is wrong, please switch two of the three power lines;
2.Adjust delivery time
1) Adjust the rotary terminal on the digital display controller, observe the value change, and calculate the time required for the material to flow out according to the speed.
3.Temperature control
1) Set temperature:
Press SET --- SV flashes --- move the arrow button to set the required temperature --- press SET to complete the setting.
2) Temperature correction:
Measure the actual temperature at the temperature sensor. If the difference between the displayed temperature and the displayed value is greater than 5 degrees, you need to modify the compensation value.
Temperature correction method:
If the actual measured temperature is 125 degrees and the temperature meter shows 120 degrees, then set the SC parameter to 5
The actual measured temperature is 125 degrees, and the temperature meter shows 130, then set the SC parameter to -5.
Reminder: change the offset parameter value. It will directly affect the temperature in the furnace. Please set the temperature accurately. Re-verify to avoid the scrapped material being baked due to high temperature.

4. Institutional adjustment
1) Exhaust gas outlet adjustment The exhaust gas outlet has a damper, which is generally open. If the temperature does not reach the set value, you can reduce the diameter of the damper according to the direction indicated by the arrow, but you cannot reach the small position. The position damper is fully closed, and there is a danger of explosion due to too high solvent concentration.
5. Operating steps
1) Turn the air switch handle to the ON position, turn on the main power, and the power indicator is on.
2) When turning on the machine, turn on the power switch, then turn on the conveyance control switch (you don't need to enable it), and then turn on the hot start switch. The indicators will light up and enter the working state.
3) When stopping, turn off the heating first, then turn off the conveying switch, and then press the emergency stop to stop the machine.
