Because it has a working angle range relative to the vertical direction, this angle range can guarantee the locking effect during vertical climbing, but if it is tilted and climbed near the curved arm of the tower, it may exceed the normal angle range. 3. When the human body collides with the heavy object protector, it will affect its locking function. When testing the existing heavy-duty protectors, it was found that when the simulated human body fell and touched the heavy-duty protector or its rocker arm, sometimes the human clothing caught the heavy-duty protector shell or the human body's boxed rocker arm, which would hinder it. It will move more than normal, resulting in the lock cannot be locked.
4. In the past, heavy-duty protectors rely on springs to press the backwheel to generate a damping force, which causes a speed difference between the heavy-duty protector and the human body when falling, thereby pulling the rocker arm downward to lock the heavy-duty protector. Because the elastic force of the wheel spring cannot be kept constant, when the damping force is too large, during the normal lowering of the human body, the heavy-duty protector is often locked; if the damping force is too small, the locking distance exceeds the standard of the fall arrester. It is required that the heavy object protector cannot be locked. The damping force cannot increase as the falling speed of the weight protector increases, and the falling speed of the weight protector cannot be kept substantially constant, which affects the locking distance and the reliability of the locking.
5. The heavy-duty protector cannot pass smoothly at the rope fixing point and the turning point. The ropes of the existing heavy-duty protectors usually use ropes.
